      Process: 3 Step Talent Acquisition

Step 1 :Once we receive a CV from you, we use an initial telephone appraisal to gain a broad understanding of your background, aspirations and expectations. Following this conversation, if both you and your consultant agree that you fit the criteria for our agency, we will arrange a meeting where we can discuss your background in more depth and set out an action plan for how we will work together. Following this meeting, we will take two professional references and register you with our candidate network. The consultant you meet will remain your main point of contact with us.

Step 2 :We maintain a dialogue with you at key points throughout the year (not just when your looking for a job) and track your career as you progress, aiming to provide you with relevant career opportunities at the right time.

Step 3 :Ultimately, we provide you with a straight forward, honest and high calibre consultant who understands your skill set and is well networked in the digital market place. Whether you're moving jobs, hiring or just need some information we aim to be a trusted source of information and advise.
